Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)

For guests who have booked a plan with meals: If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance.To ensure your safety and due to the specific procurement situation of ingredients during the New Year holidays, we strictly require notification by the deadline below.

Response Deadline: By 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before your stay.
※Please understand that we cannot accept requests for additions or changes to allergies or restricted ingredients after this deadline.

For Guests with Room Only or Breakfast Included Plans

■About Dinner (Advance Reservation Required) 

Our restaurant, “LE UN,” offers seasonal course meals featuring locally sourced ingredients. We invite you to enjoy a special dinner during your stay.

■ About Breakfast (Japanese Style) 

We prepare a Japanese breakfast that is kind to both body and soul, unique to Iga. Highlights include Iga rice cooked in an earthenware pot from the historic Nagatanien kiln, simmered Iga Beef (Shigureni), seasonal small dishes, and the local specialty “Yokan-zuke” pickles. Guests on the “Room Only” plan are also welcome to book this option.

Price per person: 4,070 JPY

※Price includes consumption tax and service charge.

For Guests with Children

We can prepare meals for children as well. As securing ingredients takes extra time during the New Year period, please inform us by 17:00 on the day before use if you require children’s meals.

We have received many reservations for this period. Therefore, we have set seating times that differ from those listed on reservation websites. Please review the details below.

[Dinner] Two Seating Times

1. Starts 17:30 (Estimated end: 19:30)
2. Starts 19:45 (Estimated end: 21:45)

[Breakfast] 7:30 / 8:30 / 9:30

We will ask for your preferred time at check-in.

Please note that if a time slot is fully booked, we may guide you to an alternative time. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have a preference in advance, we will do our best to accommodate it, so please feel free to let us know.

For Guests Visiting by Car 

We have dedicated parking for each guest room. Please come to the Front Desk (KANMURI) building at: 2842 Ueno Aioicho, Iga City, Mie Prefecture
